RESTORATIVE YOGA – A very passive form of yoga where we use a lot of props to find complete comfort in a pose and stay in the posture from 5 – 15 minutes. A great class for those feeling exhausted or need a deep relaxation.

A slow flowing Hatha yoga class emphasizing stability and movement with control, grace and fluidity. We highlight asanas and sequencing that build strength, groundedness, balance and focus. This class will be help you stabilize your energy if you are experiencing anxiety or instability (in Ayurvedic terms: when Vata is predominant). VINYASA ADVANCED – This class is intended for students of yoga who have a practice dedicated practice of asana, pranayama and meditation for at least a year. We start with a strong vinyasa to warm up the physical body and then move into advanced asanas and using the bandhas, breath retention and various pranayamas to tap into our energetic body and clean and awaken our nadis (channels) to support us to go into our meditation. A wonderful class to try out for those ready to go beyond only the physical body!

VINYASA ALL LEVELS – A fluid class of vinyasa while in a warm room heated by infrared panels to support sweating and releasing of toxins in a gentle manner. Especially wonderful to do in the colder weather. The class is a nice balance of bringing you to your edge and experiencing it in a sweat, while not pushing you over your edge and with enough softness and cooling down to have a full-rounded experience.

Join us Saturday June 20th for this one-day workshop. In this workshop, we will go deep into the three dosha’s, from both Ayurvedic and Yogic view. You will learn about your own type, current imbalances and what you can do to live a Happy Life.
9.00-12.00 Frederieke will explain the Ayurvedic principles and how we can use them to find our own body-type, how to recognize our imbalances and how to choose remedies that bring us back into balance. Including Ayurvedic psychology and nutrition.
13.00-16.00 Ayur Yoga: Tory will guide you into your personal discovery on how to adjust your own yoga practice (even when following a group class at a studio or Ashtanga Mysore style), meditation and pranayama to balance the dosha that is imbalanced in the present moment and learn how to maintain balance through by customizing your practice.
